Set on a sloped block in one of Belair’s more exclusive pockets, this new build required strategic planning to maximise views while maintaining level transitions and generous proportions. Every square metre was considere, from the private sunroom that catches the light across the treetops, to the seamless flow into expansive open-plan living areas that form the heart of the home.
