3. Construction

  • Project team introduction/meet and greet;
    includes pre-construction checklist and reports

  • Project commencement with regular contact from the dedicated project team to keep you updated

  • Pre-handover meeting and on-site walkthrough

    From the start of the project right through to the end, we are here to work with you for the very
    best process and project outcome.

4. Completion

  • Handover meeting; includes all warranty and compliance information associated with the project

  • Six-month property inspection to address issues or concerns related to the project

  • Ongoing open line of communication
