When our client, purchased it, he had a very personal dream in mind, to finally have a home large enough to house his treasured theatre organ.
For our client, this Rostrevor renovation was the end of a 20-year search. “I really wanted it to be in public space so that it could be appreciated by the public,” he said. “But after 20 years of trying, I gave up – until I found this property. It appealed to me because of the space and hopefully, once or twice a year, people will get to hear it.”
This project was never going to be about creating a standard home. It was about breathing new life into a historic structure while making sure it reflected the eccentricity, creativity, and individuality of its new owner.
