2. Detailed Design
- Detailed designs, drawings and project models; includes all the required building documentation.
- Completion of council approvals and regulatory compliance.
- Construction contract and product selection.
We take care of the details and compliance required. We handle all the planning and documentation in our Detailed Design Phase.
3. Construction
- Project team introduction/meet and greet; includes pre-construction checklist and reports.
- Project commencement with regular contact from the dedicated project team to keep you updated.
- Pre-handover meeting and on-site walkthrough.
From the start of the project right through to the end, we are here to work with you for the very best process and project outcome.
4. Completion
- Handover meeting; includes all warranty and compliance information associated with the project.
- Six-month property inspection to address issues or concerns related to the project.
- Ongoing open line of communication.
